You will need to purchase the book separately. 

This 40 page activity pack is perfect for speech or language therapy. The activities included are perfect for speech and language intervention, literacy circles and whole group activities.

Here is what's included:

-Story Map: Graphic organizer for identifying characters, setting, problem, & solution.

-Jeremy’s Emotions Worksheet: Directions included on the worksheet.

-Ordinal Numbers: Print and cut the included cards. Have students find matches and place the cards in sequential order.

-Sequencing Chain: Print and cut out each strip. Student will link the events in the story into sequential order.

-Comprehension Questions: Print, cut, and laminate all cards. 12 WH questions with pictured choices and 12 WH questions without choices.

-Yes/No Questions: Print and laminate. Students will answer the question. Use with open-ended game board.

-Vocabulary in Context: 15 + 3 blank cards with vocabulary words in context and multiple choice responses.

-Vocabulary Word Search Worksheet: Students will find the target vocabulary in the word search.

-Vocabulary Four Square: You will need one worksheet per word. Students will write the vocabulary word in the center then fill in each square around the word.

-Pirate Manners: Print and laminate mat. Print, cut and laminate cards. Students will draw a card and determine if the pirate has good manners or bad manner, then sort the cards onto the appropriate space.

-Pirate Vocabulary: (22 cards) Match each pirate saying with its meaning.

-Verb Sorting: Print, cut, and laminate sorting mat and cards. Place the cards face down on the table. Students will take turns drawing a card and sorting it into the correct box on the mat.

-Skull & Bones Irregular Past Tense Verbs: Print, cut, and laminate all cards. Students will draw a card and complete the sentence with the correct irregular verb form.

-Scrambled Sentences Worksheet: Students will unscramble each sentence.

-Describing: Students will answer the questions in each box to describe the pictured object.

-Roll A Question: Students will roll the die, then formulate a question using the indicated question word.

-Open-ended Treasure Chest Reinforcement: Print and laminate all pieces. Attach the treasure chest to a tissue box. Cut a slit in the top of the chest for students to drop the coins into the chest.

-Open-ended game board: Print, cut, and laminate. This can be used with any of the activities within this pack.
