Thanks for looking at my Back-to-School How I Get Home packet!
Everything is designed to match...from the parent forms, to the teacher forms, the classroom signs, and even the student labels. Simplified since I know I'm not the only one who doesn't have room to make a very big display!
This is a zip file that contains all you see in the previews. Inside the file is a PDF for the printable pages as well as four png images to print out that can also be used on address labels.
There is a 1/4 and 1/2 sheet sized parent form that can be used as parents come in for back-to-school-night. This way you have a record in their writing and sign by them to help with how their child goes home the first day.
There is a classroom form for you with a spot to note what date it was updated on when you get new students or students who change how they go home.
There are also classroom signs you can print on either white paper or your own colored/patterned paper so that it ties into your theme!
The png images can be fit into a blank address label template (I used the 30ct sheet). This way you can print off some of each as you need them!
WHY I MADE THIS PACKET:
At my school, the children are given arm bands to show how they go home the first week of school. It is placed on their bookbag, but being in Kindergarten, the little don't tell them if they are going home a different way than how they came. I use this to make sure that what parents told me at Back-to-School/Open House night matches what their child comes in with on their band. I HAVE had students who didn't go home the way they came in and this helped me SOOO MUCH because I could call the parent right away and check.
