Thanks for looking at my product! The main goal of these task cards is for students to decide if the electric circuits would produce one lit bulb, two lit bulbs, 3 lit bulbs, or 0 lit bulbs. This is a set of 40 electric circuit task cards. Each task card is a black and white picture, so that students have to analyze the parts in each circuit to decide which bulbs would light, if any. This also makes them easy to print and use. There are four ideas on how to use the cards, a set of colorful sorting mats should you choose to use them, and a recording sheet with answer key. There are simple circuits as well as series circuits and parallel circuits.

4.6C(C) Demonstrate that electricity travels in a closed path, creating an electrical circuit.
5.6B Demonstrate that the flow of electricity in circuits requires a complete path through which an electric current can pass and can produce light, heat, and sound.
