Two graphic organizers describe basic adaptation. One covers structural adaptations, or how plants and animals use body parts (including camouflage, poison, or sharp edges) to survive. The other covers behavioral adaptations or how plants and animals use behaviors (including communication, teamwork, or movement) to survive.
The graphic organizer PDFs utilize the high-interest rainforest theme and are designed for lessons with pre-K and K students.
