How To Make Your Own Texture Paper: Eric Carle Style

How To Make Your Own Texture Paper: Eric Carle style using unusual "tools" such as toothbrushes, combs and more (but not a paint brush). This video is slightly over 5 minutes. After you watch it you'll be ready to combine art and literature in such a beautiful and simple way for your students.

This how-to video will explain and show you everything you need to know about creating your own textured paper. I'll share with you the tools I use, all the supplies you'll need and exactly how I do this.

Classroom teachers and art teachers will benefit from this video.

Once you know how to make your own textured paper you can then create so many different projects with the paper - you'll always have the colors you need when kids make it themselves. Children love learning about how colors mix together when they do this project as well and who wouldn't love to "paint" with a toothbrush?!

You'll see examples of a variety of projects I've created using this paper. This technique is helpful for teachers as it allows an easy way to integrate the arts with literature. You can do this for any of your own favorite literature - it's such a fun way to make textured paper for your upcoming projects.

This video pairs perfectly with this FREE RESOURCE in my store.

I hope this instructional teaching video helps you infuse your class with art!

Thanks for watching!
