This Lesson Plan on How to Write a Business Letter (or email) uses the process writing approach. Each group of students uses charted vocabulary to compose their letter of request. Business situation cards and group member role cards are included! Also included are:
1.Vocabulary List for ordering, requesting (see below).
2. Situation information yellow card for the teacher’s model scenario
3. Model of a business letter of request (labelled parts) (This form would have been previously taught.)
5. 10 Student Business Situation Cards (yellow) with details of business transactions. (See below)
6.4. Green Student role cards: e.g. Leader, Secretary, and 2 Reporters
