I created this Transportation Clip Chart for an easy reference to see where my students go in the afternoon. I attached each page to ribbon (using masking tape across the back) and tied a bow on top. I'm going to use clothespins with student names on either side.
It's important to have this reference posted in my room because we have aids that help take students to parent pick-up or the bus. This will be an easy way for us to see who belongs in each line. You can see how I have mine posted by my door by downloading the Demo.
I've included 2 versions of each card, depending on what you call each area.
-After School Care
Each card is about the size of a sheet of paper. I made mine big because I usually have 25+ students in my class and need lots of space :) You could customize the size by printing 2 on a page (under printer options).
**UPDATE** I've included an editable version for you! There is a pdf version with the words as shown on my example, and a blank editable PowerPoint version that you can add your own text. In my version, I used the font KG Second Chances Sketch. You can click here
to find it on Kimberly Geswein's page.
Please note that only the text is editable. The images are flattened with the background, so the color combinations will stay the same.
Red - Title
Orange - Car
Yellow - Bus
Green - Shoes
Blue - Kids
Purple - Blank
