Product Description
This product called “Sound Matters” contains activities to complement a study of sound.

There are three different parts to this product.
Part One includes a list of vocabulary words and definitions commonly used in the study of sound. Also, there is a fill in the blank activity using the vocabulary words.
Part Two of this product has a game of “I Have, Who Has” that also uses most of the vocabulary words.
Part Three contains a cut and paste sequencing activity of the hearing process, placards for students to use to “act out” the sequence of how we hear, and diagrams of the human ear. The diagrams include ones that shows the parts of the ear and there is one with blanks so that your students can fill them in. Also, there is a diagram with the path of how we hear and one that merely shows the path so that your students can label the pathway.

Keys are provided for each of the activities.

This product can be used in second grade (second semester), third, fourth, and fifth grades.
