My classes receive positive incentives when they work well as a class. (I happen to give 2 points on good days, and, when 20 points are reached, the class has earned a 30-minute "party"). Some classes do well almost every day. Some classes vary their behavior and work ethic.
I created this set of posters to make it more clear on what the classes can do to earn the positive incentives. I plan to refer to the posters at the end of the hour and have students consider the type of class they were that day.
