Activity can start with teacher reading aloud one of the books mentioned above before doing graphing activity or can be a follow up activity later in the day. Students will collect data about themselves and their classmates. Teacher can use butcher paper to create a whole class graph for discussions. Students can use clipart that is provided or just use post-it notes with their names above choices. After whole class graphs are completed students can record data into individual graphs.
