As a parent, I know how easy it is to give screens to my toddler at times when I need to get things done or need a break. However, I know that too much screen time can lead to a very cranky child, let alone it's not the most helpful in promoting your child's development!

I created this resource for my clients as well as for myself and my family. In it, I share how parents can avoid developing an over-reliance on screens and how to design a system that increases free and independent play. Please adapt as appropriate for your child and family. Remember - safety is most important - and a young child ALWAYS requires supervision.

Thank you! I hope you enjoy this resource :)
