Assessments - questions can be used as comprehension checks, guided reading discussion questions, center activities, homework, use during reading to take notes, teach close reading and writing constructed response answers. Assessments cover 3 to 5 chapters.
Discussion Cards - questions are provided in two formats, task cards or on one card. There are 4 to 8 discussion questions per chapter. These open ended question formats encourage students to expand on their answers by using details from the text or making connections.
