Thesis statements are often an ambiguous task for students. I know my students always struggle with how to construct “quality” thesis statements. This activity will provide a chart along with examples of how to write “good” thesis statements. I have used it for years with my students, and it works very well. I have used it with sophomores, and I am currently using it with sixth and seventh graders. It is works for all ages. I hope this is helpful to you!
