This is a step by step introduction to three-digit addition with regrouping using place value and base ten blocks drawing strategy. I'm a combo teacher so I did this lesson with both my 2nd and 3rd graders. This Lesson may be done over 2 to 3 days. Model lesson and structured practice may take from 60-75 mins as this lessons require coloring, cutting, and pasting. Guided practice may take 40-60 min, and Independent practice could be used for a third day (45-60 mins)
