FREEBIE! These helpful little guys will prompt your students to rephrase "I don't get it!" When they stop and think and are able to articulate their problem, it's easier for teachers to see where the issue lies and to help solve it. It reduces frustration for students, too, when they are able to use their words to communicate a problem and find a solution. I am betting it will take some practice and training to convert students to this way of asking for help but it should be rewarding for everyone after a few weeks. Both poster size and desk size are provided so the prompts can be used as a classroom display, by individual students, or in a small group. Please provide feedback to tell me how it works in your classroom!
