Product Description

As teachers it’s important for us to teach our students how to help and support others whose experiences are different than their own. This lesson teaches students how to be good allies, consider the perspectives of marginalized groups, and make an action plan for allyship. This resource works well in social studies, history, English, or any class where students consider the perspectives of marginalized groups.

This lesson will take approximately 1h 30m to complete plus an extension activity that can be completed as homework.

In this lesson students will:

  • Make an action plan for how to be a better ally for a marginalized group
