Why not have your students think of their own reasons for feeling this way to step up to a more challenging task.
cut and laminate the cards, having children take it in turns to pick a card. You could even have the children read them allowed to each other as part of a group.
Some cards could go into more than one group, sparking conversation and debate which can be supported as part of social skills/verbal reasoning/vocabulary building any many other groups.
