PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This unit is great for any teacher who is looking to create anti-racist/anti-capitalist lessons. These lessons use Howard Zinn's A Young People's History of the United States Chapter 3 - Who Were the Colonists and examines Bacon's Rebellion. I have added supplemental worksheets and lessons aimed at teaching the identity construction and rebellions of enslaved Black workers as their identity evolved from African ethnic identities to a Black racial identity.
