This activity is based on the ice-breaker "Two Truths and a Lie." After reading the Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, students are given a situation in the book and are asked to write three statements about the incident. Two of the statements are to be true, and one is to be a lie. Students are challenged to write the false statement in such a way as to make it difficult for classmates to detect which of the three statements is actually a lie. This is a great review activity!
