This is a great culminating activity that allows for students to show what they have learned, both visually and in written format, in terms of 7 of the main organ systems (skeletal, muscular, circulatory, respiratory, nervous, lymphatic, and digestive), along with how the systems relate to one another. Directions and rubric for teacher/students is the first page of this packet, which should be printed 1-1 sided. Students will need to draw and label each of the systems, along with writing an in-depth paragraph that shows evidence and reasoning. This is a great activity to use in class for about a week, allowing for ample research and exploration. It can be used as a main lesson, additional lesson, or assessment packet.
