I use this as a homework assignment for APES (AP Environmental Science), but it would also work awesome for AP Biology, General Biology, General Environmental Science, or Geography.

Students need access to The People Connection, either digitally or in print. Check out the article yourself first- it's fabulous!

This is a great article for introducing human population information to students, or reinforcing what they’ve already learned. The questions require students to dig deeper than just search and find answers; they have to process information, do a little simple math (change fractions to percentages), and actually read the information to get the right answers.

This 15-question, multiple choice Google Doc is ready to drop in Google Classroom, Schoology, or you can print it. Answer key is included at the end. (I also sell a version at a lower price with no key).

Super easy to grade. I even made my personal version into a Google Form so it grades itself ;).
