PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This lab activity focuses on student understanding of the stages and processes involved in human development (mitosis and differentiation). In addition, this is a graphing and measurement exercise. Students must measure a scale diagram of a fetus and graph the results as well as graph fetal mass data. Conclusion and graph analysis questions are included as well.

I used this activity with high school biology students but this would also be appropriate for middle school science students.

Full answer key is included.
