It's like Dance, Dance Revolution for your fingers! Print the mats and laminate to use again and again. Students will follow along with their finger as the video tells them where to go. Hip hop music plays in the background while fingers hop around the hundreds chart. I like to choose one student at a time to call out the number we are pointing to. You can keep this new and fresh by giving students a variety of pointers such as pretzel sticks, finger flashlights, mini-wands, witch fingers, finger puppets, peepers, and more! This is also really fun for one student at a time to hop on a hundreds chart rug. If you don’t have one, you can make one on the carpet using tape or on a large sheet.
This set includes 20 videos. Each video is less than 5 minutes long. These are terrific for transitions, rainy days, and substitutes. They are engaging and keep your whole class on-task. Time fillers with a purpose!
