This activity provides students with practice identifying how many hundreds, tens, and ones are in a number and what they number looks like with hundreds blocks. With a springtime theme, students must match the number on the flower, to the hundreds, tens, and ones, on the sun and then to the blocks. You can have students try to match all 3 or pick and choose which 2 you have them match. Great for your springtime unit teaching place value! Print on card stock and laminate for durability. There is a practice page which can be used as additional practice or assessment where students are given a number and have to write how many hundreds, tens, and ones as well as a cut and paste activity!
