I took each common core target (math, reading, writing, speaking and listening, and language), turned it into student friendly terms, and then put them in a checklist format. Before you begin working on a target, the students will rate how they fill about it. Then, they will rate themselves again after you are done teaching it. Next, after a quick assessment they write their score in the chart. I tell my students that if they don't receive a 70% or more on teh assessment, then they have not mastered that target and will continue to work on it. Also, there is a teacher checklist to help you keep track of which student has or hasn't mastered a particular skill.
Plus, you will receive 'My Data' graphs and charts in which the students will fill out and keep track of their scores on MAPs, Star Reading, Star Math, and their fluency per nine weeks.
