This is a set of 72 task cards.
Problems ask children to...
*find the missing number
*tell whether a number is odd or even
*tell which number is in the ones or tens place
*identify coins and their value
*tell the total value of more than one of the same coin
*add 2 single digit numbers
*put numbers in order from least to greatest
*figure out 1 more, 1 less, 10 more, and 10 less than a given number
*find the next number of a set when counting backwards
I included 2 recording sheets. One is for students to answer 5 task cards, and the other is for 10.
Also included is an answer key. However, the answers for task cards #1-4 are not included. These are cards asking the child to count to 100 by ones, fives, and tens, and to count backwards from 30.
There are so many uses for these task cards. They can be used in math centers, as flashcards, when you have a few minutes before the next activity, as an assessment, or for students who finish their work early.
These task cards can be used at any time of the year, not just at Thanksgiving! Feedback would be greatly appreciated!
