Product Description
A social story on the rule of working hard in school: special education, social skills, behavior management, autism, language delay, ADHD, emotional disability, inclusion.

Social stories help children who struggle with a variety of behaviors. They are short stories with visuals and pictures designed to help children learn how to behave appropriately in a specific situation. The stories can be used before or after an event and/or read with a student on a daily basis. Social stories can be used when developing a behavior intervention plan that targets specific challenging behaviors for a student.

This social story focuses on the rule of working hard in school. The story highlights examples of students working hard at school (reading, math, writing) and what could happen when a student does not. The story then highlights examples of rewards for working hard (playing a computer game, taking a walk, playing on the playground). The story ends by highlighting how the student, his teacher, and friends respond when everyone is a hard worker at school.
