Who is the child left behind? The child left behind can be the child who does not develop good study habits. The child who does not understand the importance of listening, organization, and completing assignments. This creative program focuses on what can happen when children don't take school seriously. It begins with a clever, reproducible story that can be read by or to students. The eight lessons emphasize the importance of: good work habits, listening, organization, homework, healthful living, and test taking. These lessons include additional stories, discussion questions, and activities. Reproducible activity sheets and suggestions for presenting the program to Grades K-2 and 3-5 are also included.
