Every primary school teacher has at least one in his or her class: The Nose Picker.
It's gross, it's dirty, and we've told them a hundred times to go get a tissue, but they keep on picking away.
This is a simple social story to address the ancient problem of nose picking in the classroom. The language in this story is very simple, and is appropriate for students in grades K-3, plus special education students. The story defines the problem behavior and the expected behavior, with simple illustrations.
Illustrations are in black and white and students can color their own book if they wish.
