This is part of a larger BUNDLE resource, which contains 40 pages for working through being excited, tired, worried, frustrated, bored, sad, or angry.
I keep this binder at the break spot in my classroom. Students flip to the emotion their feeling (excited, tired, worries, frustrated, bored, sad, angry) and find pages that address their challenges. Students can choose which activity/strategy to complete, set a timer, then return to their work!
