I Have, Who Has? | Math Facts | Addition Facts | Practice Math Facts in a FUN Way! | Math Fact Fluency | Math Fact Automaticity
I Have, Who Has is always a class favorite with my students. My students often beg me to play it...over and over again.
I Have, Who Has is great for:
~ five-minute filler activity
~ engage activity at the beginning of class
~ practicing listening skills
~ math fact fluency and automaticity
~ rainy day activities
To play the game, pass out one card to each student. Depending on the number of students, students might need to share a card or have more than one card. The student with the card with the star on it starts the game by standing up and reading their card. The student who has the answer then answers by reading their card. Play continues until the person who started the game stands up again. My students always wanted me to time the game with my stopwatch and play it again and again, so they could try and beat their time. To keep it challenging, I had them switch up their cards each time we played.
You can also use this game for math stations, and I have included ideas, including an extension activity.
Included in this set:
~ 24 cards
~ Directions for playing the game
~ Station activity idea, station sheet included
~ Extension activity where students create their own game
~ Self evaluation
~ Answer key
