I Have Who Has is a great team game that ensures students are all cooperating and focused. This version provides students further practice identifying and reading adjectives. This game can be played in a large group, small group, or with a partner.
This resource includes the following 9 games describing:
How to Play:
The game begins by each student receiving the same (or close to) amount of cards. It is easier if students have their cards facing up so they can easily see their cards. The student with the star on their card begins by reading the words on the card (ex: “I have big. Who has tall?”) and putting it face up in the middle. Then students will look at their card to see if they have the matching word. If so, they will then read their card, put it in the pile, and the process will continue. Once all of the cards are in a pile, the students should have a card on the top that reads in the same I have _Who has ___ pattern. If the game was played correctly, the word after “Who has…” on the last card should match the first word at the bottom of the pile with the star card(ex: “...Who has bath?” might be the last top card, and the first card in the pile should say “I have bath...”).
