Product Description
Thank you for downloading the Astronomy I Have, Who Has…? Cards. I love using this in my classroom to reinforce the vocabulary and science topics located in the unit. I hope that this activity will help your students learn the science concepts in a fun and exciting way.

40 page PDF file contains:
-directions and a student recording sheet
-4 sets of cards
-128 I Have, Who Has cards
-thank you page & TOU

Setup:
Print your cards either on white paper or cardstock.
Cut them apart.
Laminate Cards.

How to Play:
Mix the cards up.
Distribute all of the cards. Some students may get more than one card. (Depends on how many students you have in your class.)
The student that has the saying “I have the first card.” on their card, goes first. They say “I have (vocabulary word), who has (definition). An example is: I have rotation, Who has the movement of one object around another?)
The person who has the next card goes, then the next, etc. until you reach the first card again… “Who has the first card?”

Playing Tips:
The first time you use these cards with you students, take your time and practice with your class. This will allow the students to learn the content and the procedure for the activity.
Once the kids becomes experts at ‘I have, Who has, the students can be timed with a stopwatch. They love the challenge of beating their previous time. Write the times on the board.
Make sure you look at the card when a student takes his or her turn. This ensures they got the correct answer.
Use may use these in a center. It’s a great game and review for three or more kids. Make sure to use sets you’ve used in class before placing the cards in a center.
