Help students quickly explore and learn engaging facts about Canada, Mexico, and the United States of America. I Have... Who Has... includes 28 cards (for each set) with interesting facts, colorful clip art, and beautiful photos. Students will enjoy playing (and learning) with these cards over and over again.
Tests and Maps:
I have included 2 levels of tests for comprehension. The cut and paste could be used as practice before the “number” test.
I also made 2 map tests – one for primary and one for intermediate students. The map location tests include the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans but are not covered in the I Have... Who Has... card activity.
How to Use:
Decide which set you want to print or print both sets.
I suggest laminating for durability. Cut apart. Put answer key into a plastic sleeve for protection (or laminate).
One set is to be played sequential and is ideal for whole group. The other set can be played in a random order and is great for small groups and partners.
I introduce I Have... Who Has... activities whole group. After playing once, I put the card sets and answer keys into my centers and / or free exploration station. My students love playing these over and over often making up their own rules. (I usually print and laminate 4 sets so each of my groups can play at the same time. I find my students are more engaged when they have several cards to use instead of just one.)
