My class loves to play "I Have Who Has" games. With this game, there are 20 cards to be distributed amongst the students. You pick the starting student and have them read the clues to solve and determine who has the next card.
We love playing "I have who has" in our class. We use it to drive in skills and reinforce concepts. It is also a nice tool that actually helps in their reading. In my classroom I wait for the quietest student to begin and the student with the last card either gets a small reward or prize, or starts the next round, up to you!
Driving home these pre-primer words helps them remember these high frequency words and keeps students engaged in learning with a fun activity.
These are the Pre-Primer cards, a total of 40. Depending on class size, you may need to give 2 cards per student. I tend to give my extra cards to students that need additonal practice.
For a longer lasting game, download on cardstock and laminate.
Please kindly leave a review, I hope your class enjoys this game!
