Product Description
These games are a great way to reinforce note-reading AND recorder-playing skills for students in all levels!

This bundle includes 8 games that can be played in any order, depending on which notes your students are currently learning. Patterns are meant to be short so that students can identify and audiate only 3 or 4 notes at a time before having to play them. While notes are written as quarter-note values, there is no rhythm component to this game. It is simply a fun way to get the entire class engaged in a game that has no winner and/or loser. Games can be printed in full color or black and white.

The 8 games included in this bundle are also available separately (see below), but purchasing this set will get you 2 free games!

I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 1: BAG
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 2: AGE
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 3: FED
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 4: ABC
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 5: ACD
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 6: CDE
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 7: BAGE
I Have! Who Has? - Recorder Game 8: GABD

Rules for play:

Each game includes 20 playing cards.

Give each student a card to read. If you have more students than the number of cards, then place students in pairs so they can work together. Keep in mind that each card needs to be used in order for the game to proceed as intended.

The first person begins the game by reading and/or playing ONLY the musical “Who has?” excerpt on his/her card. Play continues as students identify and read/play the patterns on their cards. When play comes back around to the first person who identifies his/her “I have” pattern, game has ended.

To simplify and/or extend the game… have students simply read the note names instead of playing them on their recorders.
