“I have, who has?” for LIFE SKILLS is here!! “I have, who has?” is a fun and engaging game that students love to play, so I am super excited to incorporate this game into my Life Skills curriculum. Better yet, these games target communication, vocabulary, listening skills, following directions, cooperative learning, and other life skills.
There are 3 game sets included and each set includes 20 game cards.
1) Kitchen Edition (featuring real life photos and items you would find in a kitchen)
2) Daily Living Edition (featuring real life photos and items you would find around a house)
3) Associations Edition (features items that are associated with one another such as car/gas, burger/fries, or sun/sunglasses.
Choose a set to play. Distribute the cards evenly among students. Students may have more than one card. The player with the card marked, “I have the first card” starts by reading their card. The student with the corresponding “Who has” request then reads their card, and so on. Play ends when it reaches the last card that reads “The End!”
This resource promotes student engagement, oral communication, listening and following directions, provides opportunities for students to work together cooperatively and learn new vocabulary, and allows students to learn/practice common associations.
