The silly Old Lady is swallowing some yummy things for a Thanksgiving Feast!
This unit is meant to be used with, “I Know An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Pie” by Alison Jackson. The book is not included, please buy or borrow from your library.
What Should I Use This For?
I've created this book companion to "I Know An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Pie" as a fun Thanksgiving-themed unit. It involves minimal prep and can address a wide range of speech and language goals. It also includes lots of Thanksgiving vocabulary as an extra learning objective.
Each of my Old Lady units follow a predictable pattern of activities which means less time reading directions and learning how to use the unit. Once you've used your first one, you will know what to expect on the other units. Repeating activities between Old Lady units makes tracking student progress a breeze. Please check out my other Old Lady units for activities to be used for every month of the school year!
