Great activity for sequencing, expressive/receptive vocabulary, re-telling the story "I Know an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Pie."

Print out the "Old Lady" and things that she eats on heavier paper such as cardstock or construction paper if you can. Laminate if available. Cut slits on the dotted lines in the old lady's mouth. Cut out strips of things lady eats. Leave space on each side of the end so you can glue or staple the strips together in order. Weave the strips into the old lady's mouth.Slide the strip to re-tell the story. Great for homework and carryover too!
