Walk & Talk Activity.
Students walk around the classroom and ask questions to find someone who likes a sport listed on their sheet.
Every time they find someone who confirms that she or he likes a particular sport, they write the name of that student and ask for his/her signature. They continue until the teacher stops the activity. Kids love it!
Example of a closing activity.
Teacher asks a student: "Did you find someone who likes baseball?" Student:"Yes, I did."
Teacher: "Who is it?"
Teacher: "Maxime, do you like baseball?"
Maxime: "Yes, I do"
Teacher: "Good. Maxime, did you find someone who likes fishing?" etc
Great practice of asking questions in the Simple Present Tense about sports. Enjoy! :)
