This is a fun game that helps your students practice reading long e vowel patterns, such as ee and ea. It includes both real and made up words. Students take turns choosing cards and reading the word on the card. If it is read correctly, they keep the card. If not, it goes back in the pile. If a ZAP! card is drawn, all cards go back to the pile. When all cards have been read, the winner is the student with the most cards. My students LOVE this type of game, so I have made them to practice various skills.
