PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Inspired by the I Spy series written by Jean Marzollo, this lesson plan provides detailed lesson plans for use with or without iPads. A rubric is included based on the Six Traits of Writing. A sample project is also included as well as a student modification. Students will practice using rhyme schemes (Organization) in preparation for the MCA reading test and will have great practice incorporating commas into their poems (Convention). Students are encouraged to add examples of figurative language, enhanced vocabulary (Word Choice), and try unique patterns (Sentence Fluency).
