This activity pack goes along with the book I Wanna Iguana. The activities are to determine the points of view of Alex and his mom.
There is a sort with 14 sentences from the book (7 points of view of Alex and 7 of the mom) and 2 heading cards that say Alex's Point of View and Mom's Point of View. You can print the cards and sentences on colored or plain paper and laminate them. Then, give them to the students, and they can sort them in groups.
There is also a worksheet the students can fill out after the sort where they would pick 3 of the points of view for Alex and 3 for the mom and write them down, or they can come up with the points of view that the characters had on their own.
I also included a sentence cut and sort with the same sentences as the large sort that the students can do individually if you prefer that. They will read the sentences and cut them out and glue them under the correct heading.
Black and white version included for easy printing.
