This originally designed document is generic yet easily customized:
1) Name of student can be altered
2) Tally marks can be managed by the student, the teacher, or both
3) Once downloaded, the instructions box can be edited to fit student needs
*This document is currently being used to help spectrum students self-monitor their effort levels. The teacher supervises the student as they attempt to keep track of their own points/tally marks on the chart.
This increases self confidence, rapport between teacher and student, all while positively reinforcing appropriate behaviors.
