I have, Who has? Adding with Multiples of 10 Game!
This is a great activity to help students practice their knowledge of adding with multiples of 10. The game has several examples of adding with a multiple of ten and a one digit number (ex. 20+4) as well as adding two multiples of ten (ex. 10+30). This will give students a range of experience with adding multiples of ten.
Simply print, cut, and laminate game cards.
You can use this game with the entire class. There are 21 game cards, as well as 3 blank cards.
The game begins when the student with the first card reads the clue out loud.
Students will need to listen if the number sentence just read matches their card. If it matches then they read their card next.
The game continues until the the person with the last card reads their card.
This is also a great game at a math center. Students can play the same way, only each student would have several cards.
