I play this game a hundred different ways in Kindergarten! We do it at throughout the year to practice letter and letter sound recognition, sight words, and vocabulary. We even play at the beginning of the year to learn names! My favorite easy activity is using the unit pictures from our Carousel of Learning ELD curriculum and playing with my beginning speakers. They love it! It's a great community and language builder and easy for you. Just print on card stock, cut in half both ways, shuffle and play.
This comes with 16 cards - including Go! and Stop!, although it is a completely customizable word .docx file (because when do you ever have a class with only 16 students!). You could add your own clip art, but since I only have a black and white printer, it's a pretty simple document... easier to focus on the skill or vocabulary anyway!
