These are two activities for students to get a lot of IOC (individual oral commentary) practice in before the real thing. This is for English A: Literature HL (exams starting 2013).
The first activity is for recording their own commentary then peer and self-reviewing their recording.
The second activity is practice with partners, speed-dating style.
I have also included a student-friendly rubric/note sheet for the listeners to use to give useful feedback.
