Use this form to evaluate students' progress in acquiring the International Baccalaureate Learner Profile attributes. You can use it to assess students during one class, one week, one month, one semester or one year.
This form can also be used by students to reflect on their own assimilation of the IB Learner Profile or to assess their peers.
Finally, teachers can use this form to assess whether or not their units incorporate the IB Learner Profile or not.
Form contains descriptors for each of the attributes, as stated by the International Baccalaureate Organization. For each attribute, an observer can either select that it was "observed", "partially observed", "not observed" or "not applicable". Observers can also add some feedback for each attribute.
