Areas of Interaction in I.B. have been replaced with an expanded list of Approaches to Learning; these are invaluable skills for all of our I.B. students—as well as their educators! There is a "TO DO" list I've included for you for prepping for the lesson, as well as "Stations" labels for each ATL and examples to promote success as students move through Activator and Activity. Also, the day’s lesson itself with all of the components needed—Criteria A and Strand, Activator, Mini Lesson, Activity, Wrap Up—supplies you will need, how to group students, etc. Plus, a detailed list of how this activity differentiates in instruction. This provides hands-on learning and an active participation which appeals even to the most reluctant learner. Enjoy!
