This chart serves as a quick reference sheet for your students' IEP and/or 504 accommodations. Now you will be able to save yourself the time of flipping through pages and pages in your data binder for clarification of your students' needs.
A column is even created for you to organize IEPs/504s by class period if applicable. It also includes columns for the 10 most common accommodations. Looking at a student's documentation, simply check off or "x" the accommodations listed.
Keep a copy in your binder and elsewhere as a handy tool for lesson planning and assessments.
